At Mercy College Coburg, we believe that a well-run, compliant and people-centred organisation is the backbone of an excellent school. Our HR and Compliance Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring our staff are supported, our systems are sound, and our College community can focus on what matters most — the students.
We are seeking an organised, detail-oriented and proactive HR and Compliance Administrator to join our team on an ongoing basis commencing Term Three. This is a flexible role working term time only with the option to work school hours.
About the role:

- Manage staff records, leave entitlements and employee data in ICON/VCEA with accuracy and confidentiality
- Support the Principal and Senior Leadership with compliance monitoring, internal audits and OHS administration
- Contribute to a well-organised, people-centred culture within the College
We are looking for someone who:
- Is an experienced HR administrator with a passion for supporting people and getting the details right
- Brings strong organisational skills, advanced ICT capabilities and a high degree of confidentiality
- Has relevant HR qualifications and experience in a medium to large organisation — experience in an educational setting is highly regarded
