The HRIS System Administrator's role is to monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of IT services.
Some of your duties will include:
- Manage configurable changes to the application and other systems as required to ensure change supports and enhances the functionality and integrity of these systems.
- Liaise with key users of the application and other HRIS, as well as system vendors to determine requirements for the ongoing maintenance and enhancements of these systems.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and changes accurately and comprehensively.

- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in providing support services for enterprise systems that have required troubleshooting and diagnosis of complex issues.
