Key Accountabilities
The Food & Beverage Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive top-notch service and have a memorable experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere whether it is at the bar, in the restaurant, room service, conferencing and/or events.
- Deliver warm, attentive service that capture the bold, inviting spirit of a Hunter steakhouse, from first greeting to final farewells, creating a memorable and satisfying dining experience
- Create a welcoming and tailored presentation of the dining room, ensuring every detail contributes to the immersive ambiance
- Cultivate genuine relationships with guests and regular patrons, fostering loyalty and a sense of connection
- Collaborate seamelessly with the kitchen and bar team to ensure flawless service delivery and timing
- Serve as an ambassador for guest satisfaction, actively engaging with feedback to continually enhance the dining experience
- Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
