We are seeking an organised and proactive People & Culture Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term basis to cover a maternity leave arrangement through to February 2027.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on organisation and coordination, and wants to play a key role in delivering a positive employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle.

About the Role
Reporting to the Senior People & Culture Business Partner, you will support a broad range of People & Culture activities, with a particular focus on:

Coordinating onboarding, employee movements and offboarding activities.
Preparing employment contracts, variations and employee documentation.
Managing employee records and maintaining HR system accuracy.
Supporting recruitment administration, candidate communication and onboarding coordination.
Coordinating mobilisation and induction requirements for new starters.
Assisting with position descriptions, reporting and People & Culture administration.
Supporting compliance, process improvement and People & Culture projects.
Responding to employee and leader enquiries and providing general administrative support to the People & Culture team.

Working closely with our P&C Coordinators and Business Partners, you will help create a consistent and professional experience for employees, candidates and leaders across the business.

What You'll Bring
To be successful in this role you will have:

Previous experience in a Human Resources, People & Culture or Recruitment Coordination role.
Strong administration and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience preparing employment documentation and maintaining employee records.
Confidence working across multiple systems and managing competing priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A customer-focused approach and the ability to build positive working relationships.
Experience using HRIS, recruitment systems or onboarding platforms will be highly regarded.
A Certificate IV in Human Resources (or similar) would be advantageous.
