We are seeking an organised and proactive People & Culture Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term basis to cover a maternity leave arrangement through to February 2027.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on organisation and coordination, and wants to play a key role in delivering a positive employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle.
About the Role
Reporting to the Senior People & Culture Business Partner, you will support a broad range of People & Culture activities, with a particular focus on:
- Coordinating onboarding, employee movements and offboarding activities.
- Preparing employment contracts, variations and employee documentation.
- Managing employee records and maintaining HR system accuracy.
- Supporting recruitment administration, candidate communication and onboarding coordination.
- Coordinating mobilisation and induction requirements for new starters.
- Assisting with position descriptions, reporting and People & Culture administration.
- Supporting compliance, process improvement and People & Culture projects.
- Responding to employee and leader enquiries and providing general administrative support to the People & Culture team.
Working closely with our P&C Coordinators and Business Partners, you will help create a consistent and professional experience for employees, candidates and leaders across the business.
What You'll Bring
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience in a Human Resources, People & Culture or Recruitment Coordination role.
- Strong administration and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience preparing employment documentation and maintaining employee records.
- Confidence working across multiple systems and managing competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A customer-focused approach and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Experience using HRIS, recruitment systems or onboarding platforms will be highly regarded.
- A Certificate IV in Human Resources (or similar) would be advantageous.
