Location – Located in Helensvale’s busy retail and homemaker precinct, this store sits among a range of major retailers and lifestyle outlets, creating consistent customer traffic throughout the day. The area is easy to access via the M1 and surrounding main roads, with ample parking available, and is also well serviced by Helensvale train and light rail station nearby. With Westfield Helensvale, cafés and takeaway options close by, it offers a convenient and well-connected setting for both work and breaks.

Roster 1: Saturday 10:00am–3:00pm | Sunday 10:00am–5:00pm
Roster 2: Saturday 12:00pm–5:00pm | Sunday 10:00am–5:00pm
About the Role
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, fostering a positive shopping experience, and supporting new and expectant parents on their journey. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about helping others and thrives in a dynamic retail environment.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Customer Engagement – Connect with and understand the needs of new and expectant parents, providing personalised assistance and product recommendations.
Product Demonstration – Guide customers through product features and benefits, ensuring they make informed choices.
Stock Management – Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure the store is well-presented and organised.
- Flexible Scheduling – Work a rotating roster of flexible shifts across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
About You
You’re a proactive and approachable individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You have a genuine passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer service.
What you bring to the team:
✅ Prior Customer Service Experience.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
✅ High Standards in customer service and store presentation.
✅ Proficient in calming irate customers and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
✅Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 15kgs between floor and shoulder, 10kgs above shoulder height. Ability to wear a headset to communicate with the team on the shop floor. Stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
