We are looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated Café All-Rounder / Barista to join our team at The Street Café @ IGA Local Grocer Coomera
The role will involve a mix of food preparation, making coffee, serving customers, operating the counter and keeping the café area clean and well presented.
Duties will include:
- Preparing sandwiches, focaccias and other café food
- Making barista coffee and other drinks
- Serving customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Taking orders and processing payments
- Restocking food, drinks and café supplies
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Assisting with general café duties as required
Previous café, barista or food preparation experience is preferred, however we are happy to consider someone with the right attitude who is willing to learn.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, confident with customers, able to work in a fast-paced environment and happy to help across all areas of the café.
Pay: $34.19 – $49.10 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 38.0 per week
