Regional Maintenance Manager | Queensland

High performing maintenance operations don't happen by chance. They are built by leaders who set high standards, make difficult decisions, develop capable people and take ownership of results.

Emeco is seeking an experienced Regional Maintenance Manager to lead our Queensland maintenance operations.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll have the autonomy to shape operational performance across a diverse portfolio of mining clients while leading experienced Project Managers, Maintenance Superintendents and maintenance teams.

You'll spend your time where it matters most, on site with your people, engaging with clients, solving operational challenges and driving continuous improvement.

The Challenge

You'll be leading maintenance operations across geographically dispersed mine sites, supporting multiple clients and ensuring consistency across a diverse operational footprint.

You'll need to balance commercial outcomes, safety, equipment reliability and people leadership while remaining responsive to changing operational priorities.

About You

You're already leading mining maintenance operations and understand what good looks like.

More importantly, you're the type of leader people choose to follow.

You'll bring:

Extensive leadership experience within surface mining and heavy mobile equipment
Proven success surface managing maintenance across multiple operations or contracts
Strong commercial and financial capability, including responsibility for significant R&M expenditure
A track record of improving maintenance performance, reliability and operational efficiency
Experience leading leaders; not just teams
The credibility to build trusted relationships with clients and operational stakeholders
The ability to coach, challenge and develop high-performing leadership teams
A practical understanding of surface heavy mining equipment and the operational drivers of equipment productivity.
