As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to help expand our reach and make a meaningful impact in the disability sector. This role is ideal for a driven professional looking to take the next step in their career within a fast-growing and purpose-driven organisation.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth, generate leads, and build strong relationships within the NDIS/disability sector. You will be responsible for expanding Mycarehub’s client base by identifying new opportunities, networking with key stakeholders, and implementing effective business strategies.

This role is perfect for a proactive and strategic thinker who thrives in an autonomous environment and is passionate about making a difference.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans to expand Mycarehub’s presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Support Coordinators, Allied Health professionals, and other key stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
Maintain accurate records and track client interactions in a CRM system.
Represent Mycarehub at industry events, expos, and conferences.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance service offerings and align marketing efforts.
Communicate Mycarehub’s value proposition with confidence and clarity.

About You

Requirements

✅ Experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role (1-2 years preferred).
✅ Knowledge of the NDIS framework and disability support services is highly desirable.
✅ Proven ability to generate and convert leads into business opportunities.
✅ Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
✅ Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, and CRM systems.
✅ A valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region as required.
