As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to help expand our reach and make a meaningful impact in the disability sector. About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth, generate leads, and build strong relationships within the NDIS/disability sector. You will be responsible for expanding Mycarehub’s client base by identifying new opportunities, networking with key stakeholders, and implementing effective business strategies.
This role is perfect for a proactive and strategic thinker who thrives in an autonomous environment and is passionate about making a difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans to expand Mycarehub’s presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Support Coordinators, Allied Health professionals, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records and track client interactions in a CRM system.
- Represent Mycarehub at industry events, expos, and conferences.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance service offerings and align marketing efforts.
- Communicate Mycarehub’s value proposition with confidence and clarity.

Requirements
✅ Experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role (1-2 years preferred).
✅ Knowledge of the NDIS framework and disability support services is highly desirable.
✅ Proven ability to generate and convert leads into business opportunities.
✅ Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
✅ Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, and CRM systems.
✅ A valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region as required.
