About the Role
As a Speech Pathologist at Evo Health, you will:
- Provide assessment and intervention services across the NDIS, Aged Care, sectors.
- Conduct comprehensive communication, language, speech, voice, fluency, and swallowing assessments.
- Develop individualised, evidence-based therapy plans tailored to each client's goals.
- Deliver therapy across a variety of settings, including our clinics, homes, schools, preschools, aged care facilities, and the wider community.
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, carers, educators, support coordinators, and other health professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes.
- Educate families and support networks to maximise long-term success.
- Manage your own caseload while maintaining high clinical and professional standards.
- Complete timely, accurate, and high-quality clinical documentation.
- Contribute to service development, quality improvement initiatives, and the ongoing growth of our Speech Pathology team.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds a recognised qualification in Speech Pathology.
- Is eligible for professional registration or membership (where applicable).
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is passionate about delivering person-centred, evidence-based care.
- Enjoys working both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Is motivated to continue learning, developing, and growing within an expanding organisation.
