Dental Receptionist

Lakes Boulevard Dental is seeking a friendly, motivated, and professional Dental Receptionist to join our growing team.

About You

The successful candidate will be:

Highly motivated and a strong team player
Professional and courteous with both patients and colleagues
Punctual, reliable, and well-presented
Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
Confident communicating with patients both in person and over the phone
Comfortable using computers and software including MS Word, Excel, and Gmail
Proactive, willing to learn, and able to show initiative
Able to manage responsibilities independently and take ownership of their role

Essential Requirements

Minimum 1 year of dental reception experience
Experience handling patient enquiries at the front desk, over the phone, and via email
Strong understanding of appointment scheduling and patient management
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Fluent in spoken and written English

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

Certificate III in Dental Assisting (or higher)
Experience using Principle Dental Software (training can be provided)
