We’re looking for an experienced barista to join our friendly and hardworking team.

About the role

This is a hands-on role in a busy, fast-paced coffee shop. You’ll be working across coffee, customer service, food preparation and general store duties.

Duties & Responsibilities

Preparing high-quality coffee to Coffee Cove standards
Providing friendly and genuine customer service
Basic food preparation
Working efficiently during busy periods
Helping create a fun, friendly and positive work environment
Maintaining Coffee Cove standards
Keeping the store clean, organised and presented to a high standard
Working as part of a team and helping your teammates when needed

What we're looking forThese are a MUST:

Minimum 5 years’ barista experience
Strong coffee-making skills and confidence during busy periods
Availability for early starts from 5am
Availability to work weekends
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
Great work ethic — reliable, hardworking and willing to get stuck in
Honest and respectful
Fun, friendly and kind personality
Someone who genuinely enjoys working with people

Please note: This is NOT a junior position. We are looking for an experienced barista with at least 5 years’ experience who can confidently hit the ground running.
