Salary: Level 4, $95,782 - $100,526 pa pro rata + Super - PSCSAA 2024

Work Type: Fixed Term - Full Time, Permanent - Full Time

Location: Fremantle

The Department of Communities brings together the services and functions of disability services, child protection and family support, community initiatives and regional services reform.

The Opportunity

As an Executive Assistant you will be responsible for providing high level executive support to the Executive Director,.

This position is responsible for but won’t be limited to:

Delivering high-level confidential executive support, including complex diary/email management, correspondence screening, and ensuring responsive, high-quality stakeholder communication.
Coordinating and preparing executive materials such as briefings, correspondence, reports, agendas, minutes, and meeting documentation, ensuring readiness for decision-making and follow-up actions.
Managing information and workflow systems, including record keeping, tracking databases, and file management, to monitor progress and ensure timely responses across the Directorate.
Providing administrative and operational coordination, including travel arrangements, invoice processing, committee support, and general office functions.
Supporting projects and stakeholder engagement by maintaining project files, assisting with reports and presentations, and fostering effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

There are currently 1 x permanent position available and one [1] fixed term full-time position available for 3 months with possibility of extension.
