At Savana Environmental, we are specialists in commercial demolition, remediation, and licensed asbestos removal across Western Australia. We have a busy, hard-working, and highly supportive team of around 28 field staff and a close-knit office team of 9.

The Role
We are looking for an energetic, organized Office All-Rounder to keep our daily operations running like clockwork. This is a highly varied role where you will support our directors, project managers, and field crews.
Whether you are answering client inquiries, managing safety documentation, or keeping our office systems organized, you will be the administrative backbone of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
· General Administration: Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries with a friendly, professional approach.
· Operational Support: Coordinate schedules and help prep site folders and project files.
· Compliance & Safety Admin: Assist with environmental tracking, asbestos safety documentation(training provided).
· Office Maintenance: Keep the office environment organized, tidy, and stocked with essential supplies.
What We Are Looking For
You don’t need to know everything about demolition or environmental remediation to apply—we can teach you that. What we do need is a positive attitude, great organizational skills, and a willingness to help out wherever it's needed.
· Experience: 1+ years of experience in an office administration, reception, or all-rounder role (experience in construction, civil, or trade industries is a major plus!).
· Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and open to learning industry-specific software.
· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident, helpful phone manner.
· Work Ethic: Highly organized, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks.
· Reliability: A dependable team player with a strong attention to detail.
