The Role

We are looking for an ambitious and strategic Product and Delivery Manager to join our growing team in Sydney. This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their career (Senior BA, Junior Product Manager or Junior Project Manager) - combining product strategy and project execution to deliver exceptional value to our clients.

You will lead the full lifecycle of our product initiatives and bespoke enterprise projects, from defining the “what” and “why” to managing the “how” and “when.” You will set the product vision, define and execute the roadmap, and ensure successful delivery of projects that align with Sinorbis’ strategic goals.

This is a hands-on role that requires both analytical and operational strengths. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Growth to deliver impactful product outcomes on time, on budget, and at high quality.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with Sinorbis’ business goals.
Identify customer needs, market opportunities, and emerging trends through research and stakeholder engagement.
Prioritise initiatives (features, improvements, and bug fixes) based on business impact, feasibility, and customer value.
Delivery Management
Oversee the successful delivery of new product features and bespoke projects for our enterprise clients from inception (Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes) to launch (Coordinate beta testing & user feedback loops).
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Drive cross-functional coordination and accountability to ensure timely execution.
Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests effectively.

Leadership & Collaboration

Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to define clear outcomes and success metrics.
Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Support and mentor the company in both product management and delivery disciplines.

Client Focus

Engage directly with enterprise clients to understand bespoke project requirements.
Translate client needs into actionable product or project deliverables.
Ensure high standards of client satisfaction through consistent delivery excellence.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

Track and report on key performance indicators for product and delivery success.
Identify process and system improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
Champion best practices in agile delivery and product management.

About You

3+ years’ experience in Product Management or Project/Delivery Management, ideally within a SaaS or technology business.
Demonstrated ability to define product strategy and lead delivery execution.
Familiar with key product management frameworks such Product–Market Fit Pyramid and AAARR.
Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scoping, and stakeholder communication.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
A proactive, adaptable mindset suited to a fast-paced and innovative scale-up environment.
