Elderly Home Care Solutions is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to lead our quality systems, strengthen risk controls, and support a small portfolio of clients. This full‑time role suits someone who is structured, proactive, and confident navigating the regulatory environment of home care.
You will oversee compliance processes across the organisation, ensure alignment with the Aged Care Act and Quality Standards, and drive continuous improvement. You will work closely with senior leadership, support workers, and external stakeholders to embed best practice and prepare the organisation for upcoming reforms. Alongside your compliance responsibilities, you will manage a selection of clients, ensuring care plans remain current and services are delivered safely and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality improvement leadership — Track and implement actions arising from incidents, complaints, audits, and stakeholder feedback.
- Compliance framework management — Maintain policies, procedures, and risk systems aligned with legislation and aged care standards.
- Audit coordination — Conduct internal audits, monitor corrective actions, and ensure timely follow‑through.
- Regulatory monitoring — Interpret reforms and regulatory updates, translating them into operational changes.
- Stakeholder engagement — Build strong relationships with staff, clients, and external partners.
- Client portfolio management — Oversee a small group of clients, ensuring care plans, budgets, and risks are well managed.
- Incident and risk response — Lead reviews of incidents and support preventative strategies.
- Project support — Contribute to organisational projects arising from reforms or strategic initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years’ experience in home care, community care, or residential aged care.
- Strong understanding of quality, risk, and compliance principles in a care environment.
- Relevant professional qualifications — Registered Nurse or Allied Health background highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret legislation, analyse data, and prepare clear reports.
- Excellent communication skills and a detail‑driven, process‑focused approach.

Pay: $120,000.00 – $167,111.60 per year
