About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Administrator All Rounder to become the face of our business in Kalgoorlie. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background, excellent computer skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced building industry environment.

This position will initially be three days per week, with the opportunity to progress to a full-time role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and manage Simpro Construction Software (training can be provided)
Work with MYOB for financial administration
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Schedule jobs and coordinate with tradespeople
Handle incoming phone calls and customer enquiries
Perform general office administration duties
Manage inventory and company tools
Maintain an organised and efficient office environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A minimum of 10 years’ administrative experience
Excellent computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new software
Outstanding written and spoken English communication skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
A calm, patient, and professional attitude under pressure
A proactive approach with exceptional attention to detail
A commitment to maintaining a tidy and well-organised workplace
A genuine willingness to commit to the role long-term
