Ray White Asset Management Ipswich are currently looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic Property Manager to join the team. If you’re passionate about customer service and looking for a role with long-term potential, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Your duties will include:

Managing your own portfolio of properties
Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, customers, and team members
Maintain relationships with owners and tenants
Lease renewals
Routine inspections
Conduct Exit Reports
Issuing breach notices as required
Overseeing rental arrears
Sign-up processes to approved tenants

To succeed in this role you’ll need:

A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Previous Property Management experience
Current QLD driver's licence
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving and ability to work independently and within a team
