Your duties will include:
- Managing your own portfolio of properties
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, customers, and team members
- Maintain relationships with owners and tenants
- Lease renewals
- Routine inspections
- Conduct Exit Reports
- Issuing breach notices as required
- Overseeing rental arrears
- Sign-up processes to approved tenants
To succeed in this role you’ll need:
- A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Previous Property Management experience
- Current QLD driver's licence
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving and ability to work independently and within a team
