We’re looking for a driven and people-focused Club Manager to lead our Anytime Fitness. You’ll have the opportunity to grow your career while making a genuine impact in your community. The Role

You're not just into fitness, you're into leading people, growing a business, and creating a thriving community. What you'll also do:

Oversee day-to-day club operations
Lead, coach, and motivate your team
Deliver an outstanding member experience every day
Drive social media and marketing strategy
Drive membership growth and achieve key sales targets
Build local connections through community engagement
Maintain a safe, clean, and high-standard environment
Ensure compliance with franchise and OH&S standards

About You

You’re passionate about fitness, driven by results, and ready to lead by example. You also bring:

With leadership or management experience preferred
With strong fitness/gym experience
Preferably with proven experience in Sales and Customer service
Passion for sales, achieving goals, and thriving in a competitive environment
Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
Results-driven and proactive attitude
Passion for fitness and helping others reach their goals
Organised, adaptable, and ready to take ownership
