Job Opportunity: General Gardener

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated General Gardener to join our growing team.

Position: General Gardener

Duties & Responsibilities:

General gardening tasks including (but not limited to):

Lawn mowing
Edging
Blower vac
Weeding
Trimming plants and hedges
General garden maintenance and basic outdoor duties

You will be responsible for maintaining properties to a high standard and ensuring excellent client satisfaction.

Benefits:

Work only 9 days per fortnight
Week 1: Monday to Friday
Week 2: Monday to Thursday

72 hours per fortnight
Fixed sites every month – no daily site changes
Stable and consistent workload
Excellent work–life balance
Supportive team environment
$51,000 + Superannuation per annum
Yearly salary increment

This role is ideal for someone seeking stable, long-term employment while maintaining strong work and family balance.

Requirements:

Full and valid Australian driver’s licence
Confident driving a van with trailer attached
Full Australian work rights
Ability to work independently
Good communication skills with manager and clients
Strong work ethic and positive “can-do” attitude
Ability to understand instructions and complete tasks efficiently
Working with Children check is must
Must able to use step ladder to trim plants or hedges.
Must able to work in all weather conditions
