Full-Time Gardener
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Gardener to join our team on a full-time basis.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong eye for detail, and enjoys creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.
About the Role
As a Gardener, you will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and presentation of gardens, lawns, and outdoor areas across our properties/sites. You will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure all grounds are maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lawn mowing, edging, and whipper snipping
- Pruning, hedging, and weeding
- Planting and garden bed maintenance
- Irrigation checks and basic maintenance
- General landscaping and grounds upkeep
- Safe operation and maintenance of gardening equipment
- Maintaining a clean and professional work environment
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous gardening or landscaping experience
- Knowledge of plants, lawns, and garden maintenance techniques
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Current driver’s licence preferred
