We're looking for a Gardener to join our team at Ridgehaven Rise Village. In this full-time role, you'll help maintain the gardens, lawns and outdoor spaces that make our community a welcoming and enjoyable place for residents to call home.

The role
As our Gardener, you'll play an important role in maintaining the presentation, safety and enjoyment of our outdoor spaces.
Your impact
- Maintaining gardens, lawns and landscaped areas throughout the village
- Mowing, edging, pruning, mulching, watering and planting
- Keeping paths, communal spaces and outdoor areas clean and well-presented
- Managing waste collection and bin placement requirements
- Operating and maintaining gardening equipment safely
- Responding to resident requests and supporting village presentation standards
About you
You'll be someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work and takes pride in creating attractive, welcoming environments.
You'll bring:
- Experience in gardening, groundskeeping or landscape maintenance
- Knowledge of horticultural practices and plant care
- The ability to work independently and manage your workload
- A friendly, customer-focused approach
- Physical capability to undertake manual outdoor work
- Experience within retirement living, schools, councils or community environments will be highly regarded.
