The Opportunity
We are looking for a strategic and commercially minded Lead Product Marketing Manager to drive the go-to-market strategy, positioning, demand generation, and growth of a portfolio of Tes products.
Reporting to the Marketing Director and leading a small team, you'll sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing, translating customer insights into compelling campaigns that drive acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
This is an opportunity to shape how innovative education technology solutions are brought to market while directly contributing to Tes' growth ambitions both locally and globally.
What You'll Be Doing

Own and deliver product marketing strategies that drive demand generation, pipeline growth, customer retention and brand awareness
Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches and enhancements
Develop compelling product positioning, customer messaging and value propositions
Partner closely with Product, Sales and Customer Success teams to maximise market impact and commercial performance
Build sales enablement tools including pitch decks, battlecards, ROI resources and customer-facing collateral
Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activity to inform strategy
Drive data-led decision making using platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker and Google Analytics
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of marketing professionals
Contribute to the continued evolution of a best-in-class global product marketing function

About You
You'll bring a strong background in SaaS, software or EdTech marketing and be passionate about turning complex products into compelling customer stories.

We're looking for someone with:

Proven experience in Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing or Growth Marketing
A track record of delivering successful multi-channel campaigns
Experience partnering with Sales teams to drive pipeline, conversion and revenue outcomes
Strong messaging, positioning and storytelling capabilities
Commercial acumen and a data-driven approach to decision making
Experience leading or mentoring marketing professionals
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
Experience working across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Experience within SaaS, subscription-based technology, education technology or B2B software environments will be highly regarded.
