Senior Product Manager – Shape Product Strategy and Drive Innovation
As a Senior Product Manager within our Building Solutions Division, you will lead the strategy, growth and innovation of a significant portfolio of building products, fasteners and hardware solutions.
Working across iconic brands including Buildex, Zenith and Lane, , you will combine customer insight, commercial strategy and product leadership to deliver sustainable growth and category leadership.
This highly visible role partners closely with internal stakeholders across ITW Construction Asia Pacific, as well as with key personnel at our major distributors, Bunnings and Mitre 10, giving you the opportunity to influence category direction, lead innovation and shape the future of a market-leading portfolio.
The position is ideally based in Dandenong South, Victoria, however we would be open to candidates based in Ingleburn, NSW.
What You Will Do

Develop and execute category and segment strategies that deliver sustainable revenue, profit and market share growth.

Own a portfolio of over 2,000 SKUs, driving portfolio optimisation, pricing, lifecycle management and commercial performance.

Lead Customer-Backed Innovation (CBI) and new product development from concept through to launch.

Manage and develop one direct report while providing leadership across strategic projects and initiatives.

Own category performance, reporting and P&L outcomes while delivering projects on time and on budget.
What You Will Bring

Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.

Proven experience in Product Management, Project Management or Category Management.

Strong commercial acumen with experience managing revenue, margin and portfolio performance.

Success delivering innovation, new product development and strategic growth initiatives.

Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.

Experience within building products, construction, hardware or a related industry is highly regarded.
