What You’ll Do
We’re seeking a dynamic Product Manager who can take our product portfolio to the next level. If you’re a passionate and experienced NPD expert, who thrives on creativity, driving collaboration, and delivering results, this is your chance to shine. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the project management end to end of BIODERMA’s Australia and New Zealand portfolio including NPD launches and product changes. Partnering with local teams, regional teams, global R&D, product development, regulatory and supply chain you’ll ensure excellence and timely delivery of Bioderma’s portfolio to market.
Collaborating with multiple global teams, external agencies and local internal teams you’ll manage:
- Lead and proactively drive the delivery of locally manufactured NPD projects.
- Support the Brand Manager to deliver the annual NPD including launches across the full portfolio ensuring affiliate go-to-market readiness for best-in-class product launches.
- Manage changes to existing portfolio including INCI changes, product updates, repacking and stickering to ensure seamless delivery with minimal disruption.
- Ensure BIODERMA’s portfolio meets all regulatory requirements, commercial retail requirements, marketing, digital & medical requirements.
What You Bring
You are a senior project manager and action-oriented problem solver with:
- 6+ years of product development experience in skincare, ideally with robust sunscreen development experience.
- Proven expertise in complex project management and budget handling.
- Strong understanding of the regulatory environment and requirements in Australia and New Zealand, across both cosmetic skincare and therapeutic sunscreens.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build networks and communicate confidently at a senior executive level.
- Experience working in a global organisation, with an ability to drive progress and collaboration with teams and stakeholders at local, regional and global offices.
- Ability to understand and disseminate scientific and technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Keen attention to detail, highly organised, excellent time management.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills with experience in forecasting, P&L management and analysis of performance data.
- Speak fluent English and also beneficial to be fluent in French.
