Assistant Practice Manager at Prahran Square Family Clinic

We are seeking a motivated, organized and professional Assistant Practice Manager to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership, communication and organisational skills who is looking to take the next step in their career and contribute to the smooth and efficient running of a busy practice in Prahran

About the Role

Working closely with the Practice Manager, you will assist with the day-to-day operations of the practice, support the team, maintain high standards of patient/customer service, and help drive a positive and professional workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the daily management and operations of the practice
Support, supervise and motivate team members
Banking and invoicing
Help maintain efficient administrative and operational processes
Provide a high level of patient/customer service
Assist with compliance, policies and workplace procedures
Identify opportunities to improve practice efficiency and workflow
Support the Practice Manager with general management and administrative duties

About You

Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role
Use Best Practice (BʹP Premier) medical software confidently for practice administration, patient management and daily workflows
Proficient in Excel, including spreadsheets, data management and reporting
Highly organized, reliable and proactive
Confident in leading and supporting a team
An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Professional, approachable and customer-focused
Able to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment
Experienced in practice management, administration or a similar leadership role
Keen to develop their management skills and take on greater responsibility
Available to work full days every Monday, Wednesday and Friday : this is an essential requirement of the role

Previous management or supervisory experience is highly regarded.
