Full Job Description

PARRA Group is looking for Customer Service Attendant's to work at Parramatta Leagues Club (Parramatta) and/or Vikings Sports Club (Dundas).

We're seeking to fill:

A variety of casual positions (we're aiming to provide a minimum of 15 hours per week) with the ability to work within a roster that has morning, afternoon, evening and overnight requirements

The role will include the below duties:

Food & Beverage:

Engaging with customers to manage and make recommendations regarding food and beverage orders
Cash handling and use of POS to manage orders
Barista, bar and functions (setup and reset of function space)

Gaming:

Bartending and delivering food offerings.
Cash handling and assistance with payouts.
Troubleshooting gaming machines and providing information regarding the venue and promotions.

About you:

Strong customer service skills.
Ability to work a rotating roster including: school holidays, public holiday, nights, and weekend work.
Enjoys developing relationships with our members, guests, and fellow teammates.
Exceptional grooming and presentation.
Previous experience as a food & beverage attendant, gaming attendant or barista in a hospitality venue (highly desirable)
RSA & RCG - or willing to obtain!
