Full Job Description

Help shape services that support Victoria's fines system.
Use your contract management skills to improve performance and outcomes.
Lead audits, investigations and improvement work across a major service contract.
Work closely with senior leaders and influence important decisions.
Ongoing, full-time role earning $142,790 - $191,084 per year, plus super.

What you will do

As commercial manager, you will help oversee a major contract that supports the Victorian fines system.

You will monitor performance, provide advice and drive service improvements.

You will:

analyse contractor performance and identify emerging trends
develop and monitor effective performance measures and service standards
investigate complex compliance issues and recommend improvements
provide strategic advice, reports and briefings to senior leaders
lead regular audits and support service improvements across contracted services.

About you

A relevant tertiary qualification and/or relevant experience will be highly regarded.

You should have strong experience managing contractor performance and improving processes and outcomes.

You should also have:

significant experience in contract management and performance monitoring
strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
the ability to lead continuous improvement and strategic planning
excellent communication skills and the ability to build productive working relationships.
