Full Job Description

Hope Island Dental Care is a family-owned and operated clinic that has been providing quality care to the Hope Island community for over 20 years. With a stunning view overlooking the marina, our clinic combines modern technology with a warm and inviting atmosphere to provide a wide range of dental services.

We believe in creating a workplace that not only values exceptional patient care but also the wellbeing and development of our staff. We are seeking a Full-Time Front Office Coordinator to join our friendly team. The Role

Deliver an exceptional patient experience by providing warm, professional service at all touchpoints.
Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice by working collaboratively with clinicians and other team members.
Manage and optimise the appointment schedule to maximise productivity, minimise cancellations and enable efficient use of clinical time.
Support continuity of patient care through proactive rebooking, patient reactivation and the submission of specialist referrals.
Maintain financial integrity by accurately processing payments and health fund claims in a timely manner.
Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the practice through regular tracking of key performance metrics.
Support safe clinical care through effective instrument reprocessing and adherence to infection control and radiation safety protocols.

About You

Proactive, organised and detail-oriented.
Patient-focussed and empathetic.
Strong team player and ability to work collaboratively.
Looking for long-term growth and development.
Minimum 1 year experience in dental administration or assisting is essential.
