About HealthCare Logic:
HealthCare Logic is a high growth emerging leader in hospital intelligence. We provide purpose-built intelligence platforms, experiences and services to help hospital systems achieve peak performance. We empower Public and Private, individual hospitals to networks, regions, State and National, to Departments of Health.
At HealthCare Logic we are empowering executive, clinical, and operational teams to make smarter, faster decisions that improve patient outcomes. Our flagship platform, SystemView, is embedded in and transforming over 170+ hospitals across Australia, Ireland, and the UK.
You’ll join a borderless team of data engineers, scientists, clinicians, product experts, and customer success pros - curious minds driven by impact. Together, we’re creating a globally connected network of high-performing hospitals.
We work at the intersection of AI, real-time data, and clinical strategy - and we’re looking for senior talent who thrives in complexity, leads with purpose, and wants their work to directly shape the future of healthcare.
If you're passionate about data with purpose, and ready to make your mark in a company that’s scaling fast and thinking big - we want to hear from you.
About the Role:
We're growing our Product team and are looking for someone who enjoys solving complex operational problems, working closely with customers and partnering with engineering to deliver products that make a genuine difference to healthcare.
As a Product Manager, you'll work closely with the Head of Product to turn product strategy into well-defined, validated features that solve real customer problems.
This is a hands-on role that combines customer discovery, product definition and delivery. You'll spend time talking to clinicians, hospital executives and operational teams, understanding how they work, validating ideas and translating those insights into requirements that engineering can confidently build.
While product strategy and roadmap ownership sit with the Head of Product, you'll play an important role in shaping solutions through customer research and ensuring those solutions are delivered successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Plan and conduct customer interviews with clinicians, operational leaders and hospital executives to uncover pain points, validate concepts and inform product decisions
- Observe real user workflows and synthesise findings into actionable product recommendations alongside the Head of Product
- Translate customer problems into clear PRDs, functional specifications and user stories that engineering can build with minimal back-and-forth
- Break initiatives into well-scoped backlog items with meaningful acceptance criteria, managing refinement, estimation and sprint planning with your engineering team
- Lead bug triage, reproduce issues, assess customer impact and drive resolution in parallel with roadmap delivery
- Support testing, feature validation and release readiness to ensure high-quality outcomes at every shipping milestone
- Develop deep expertise in hospital operations across Emergency, Surgery, Outpatients and Inpatient Beds, and how operational metrics differ across Australia, the NHS and Ireland
- Build trusted relationships with customers and become the go-to product expert for your portfolio
- This is a discovery and delivery role, not a strategy and roadmap ownership role.
Why Join Us:
-
Competitive base salary and benefits
- Opportunity for career growth within a rapidly scaling leader in hospital intelligence
- Collaborative and supportive team culture
- Opportunity to travel
- Flexible work environment
How to Apply
This is a remote role, open to candidates anywhere in Australia, with occasional travel for customer engagements. It suits someone who thrives on ownership and autonomy, enjoys working across teams, and is energised by solving the puzzle of why the data and the hospital don't yet agree.
To apply please submit your current CV and cover letter. Please note applicants must have a legal right to work in Australia and answer all of the prerequisite screening questions.
At HealthCare Logic we celebrate diversity and strive to create an inclusive environment where all individuals feel valued and empowered. We encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds, including those from underrepresented groups, to join our dynamic team.
We believe diverse perspectives create stronger teams. If your experience doesn’t perfectly match this description, but you believe you’d bring value to the role, we encourage you to apply.
