Casual Educator | $36.96 – $45.51 per hour | Geelong West, VIC

We’re seeking a passionate and adaptable Casual Educator to support our team at Busy Bees at Geelong West, located at 151 Church Street, Geelong West VIC 3218, on a casual basis. You will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel supported and inspired to learn.

What you’ll do

Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children
Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members
Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children
Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS)

What you’ll bring

A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
Current Working with Children Check forVIC
Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded
Flexibility to work across shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday
