What unites us is a shared passion for supporting people with disability and making every day a better day. Guided by our values of Commitment, Opportunity, Respect, Excellence and Empathy, everything we do is about creating safe, high-quality supports that help people thrive and enjoy a better quality of life.
About the role
This role sits at the centre of our People & Culture function, providing high-quality administrative, compliance and reporting support across the employee lifecycle.
You'll play a key role in keeping our systems accurate, our workforce compliant, and our people supported.
This is a role for someone who enjoys structured, detail-driven work, but can also step in, figure things out and respond to ad hoc needs as they arise. You won't just follow processes - you'll understand them, improve them, and ensure they work in practice.
What you'll be doing
- Maintain HR systems (HRIS & LMS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Coordinate training, compliance requirements and workforce checks
- Monitor and follow up on mandatory requirements (e.g. WWCC, NDIS screening, qualifications)
- Provide responsive, helpful support to employees - our people are your customers
- Prepare and maintain reports across training, compliance and workforce data
- Coordinate training activities, including bookings, participant communications, resource preparation, room set-up and processing invoices.
- Extract and compile information from systems to produce accurate, fit-for-purpose reports.
- Support audits, process improvements and broader People & Culture priorities
What you'll bring
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine pride in accuracy
- Confidence working in structured, repetitive tasks while maintaining consistency and quality
- Ability to adapt, take initiative and work through ad hoc requests with a problem-solving mindset
- Solid Excel skills and confidence working with data (pulling, interpreting and presenting insights)
- Experience using systems and managing data (HR systems experience desirable)
- A strong customer service mindset - responsive, approachable and solutions-focused
- Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Experience in administration (HR experience desirable but not essential)
