Full Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced hairdresser to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of experience after qualification who enjoys creating beautiful hair, building long term client relationships and working in a supportive salon.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service at every appointment
Conduct thorough consultations and provide professional advice
Build and maintain a loyal client base through outstanding services
Perform all cutting, colouring and styling services to a high professional standard
Keep up to date with current colour trends and techniques
Confidently recommend and sell professional home haircare products
Meet individual retail and service targets
Work collaboratively with the salon team
Assist in maintaining a positive, supportive and professional culture
