Senior Hairdresser
Location: 314 Queens Parade, Fitzroy North
Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time (35–38 hours per week)
About the Role
We're looking for a passionate, talented and experienced Senior Hairdresser to join our family working in a beautiful space. As a Senior Hairdresser, you'll be confident performing a wide range of hairdressing services while providing clients with an outstanding salon experience. You'll work alongside a positive, motivated team and contribute to maintaining the high standards our clients know and love.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be an experienced, qualified hairdresser with strong technical skills.
- Be confident in delivering most hairdressing services, including cutting, colouring, foiling, balayage, styling, blow waves, and men's and women's haircuts.
- Have excellent consultation skills and the ability to recommend suitable services and home hair care products.
- Be passionate about staying up to date with current trends, techniques, and industry developments.
- Take pride in producing high-quality work with great attention to detail.
- Be reliable, punctual, and professional in both presentation and attitude.
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Work well independently and as part of a supportive team.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming workspace.
- Ability to manage your appointment schedule efficiently.
- Willingness to support your teammates and contribute to a positive salon culture.
