We are looking for a passionate and experienced hairdresser to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of experience after qualification who enjoys creating beautiful hair, building long term client relationships and working in a supportive salon.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every appointment
- Conduct thorough consultations and provide professional advice
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through outstanding services
- Perform all cutting, colouring and styling services to a high professional standard
- Keep up to date with current colour trends and techniques
- Confidently recommend and sell professional home haircare products
- Meet individual retail and service targets
- Work collaboratively with the salon team
- Assist in maintaining a positive, supportive and professional culture
