Warehouse Assistant – Part-time

Location: Fitzroy North

Hours: Monday – Friday | 10 – 30hours

Department: Wholesale

Reports to: Retail Manager, Warehouse Manager, Wholesale Manager and Director.

About the Role:

No experience required – full training provided.

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our growing and dynamic team. This is a hands-on role supporting our back-of-house and warehouse operations to ensure the smooth distribution of products to our valued customers across Australia and New Zealand.A strong work ethic, attention to detail, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and adapt are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching orders
Receipts and dispatch of Goods: Pick and pack online and wholesale orders accurately and efficiently
Loading and Unloading: Sort, move, and palletise stock, including assisting with unloading inbound deliveries and containers
Maintain accurate inventory handling and stock organisation
Support cross-functional operations across warehouse, customer service, and sales teams as required
Liaise with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
General warehouse cleaning: Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse environment
Follow all workplace health and safety (WHS/OHS) procedures
Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor

Skills and Attributes:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Intermediate computer skills
A strong physique
Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and lifting
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Adaptable and open to taking on a variety of tasks
Previous warehouse or operations experience is advantageous but not required
