About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our growing and dynamic team. This is a hands-on role supporting our back-of-house and warehouse operations to ensure the smooth distribution of products to our valued customers across Australia and New Zealand.A strong work ethic, attention to detail, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and adapt are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching orders
- Receipts and dispatch of Goods: Pick and pack online and wholesale orders accurately and efficiently
- Loading and Unloading: Sort, move, and palletise stock, including assisting with unloading inbound deliveries and containers
- Maintain accurate inventory handling and stock organisation
- Support cross-functional operations across warehouse, customer service, and sales teams as required
- Liaise with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
- General warehouse cleaning: Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse environment
- Follow all workplace health and safety (WHS/OHS) procedures
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor

- Previous warehouse or operations experience is advantageous but not required
