Administration & Marketing Coordinator

JD’s Boatshed – Kirrawee, NSW

JD’s Boatshed has been a family-owned and operated boat dealership and service centre since 2004. Located in Kirrawee, in Sydney's Sutherland Shire, we are passionate about boating and helping our customers enjoy life on the water.

Founded by a family with a lifelong passion for boating, we take pride in delivering exceptional service and representing some of the most respected brands in the marine industry. We are the authorised NSW dealer for Barletta Pontoon Boats and Cobalt Boats, as well as a fully certified Mercury & MerCruiser Service Centre and authorised service agent for Malibu and Axis Boats.

Our experienced team is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service, expert advice, and best-in-class boat servicing. With over 40 years of combined mechanical experience, we treat every boat as if it were our own.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Administration & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team at our Kirrawee showroom and service centre.

This is a diverse, hands-on role that combines administration, marketing, customer service, and sales support. We are looking for an organised and proactive all-rounder who enjoys variety, has a creative flair, and can help support the day-to-day operations of the business while promoting our premium boat brands.

Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative and office support across the business
Manage invoicing, accounts administration, and related documentation
Assist with boat listings, website updates, and marketing activities
Manage social media content, email campaigns, and promotional material
Support the sales and delivery process, including registrations, insurance, and customer paperwork
Assist with boat photography, showroom presentation, and event coordination
Help organise and attend boat shows, demo days, and customer events
Deliver outstanding customer service and support to customers and suppliers

About You

Previous administration experience
Experience in marketing, advertising, or social media management
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office and social media platforms
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Photography, graphic design, or boating industry experience is highly regarded but not essential
