We are the authorised NSW dealer for Barletta Pontoon Boats and Cobalt Boats, as well as a fully certified Mercury & MerCruiser Service Centre and authorised service agent for Malibu and Axis Boats.

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Administration & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team at our Kirrawee showroom and service centre.
This is a diverse, hands-on role that combines administration, marketing, customer service, and sales support. We are looking for an organised and proactive all-rounder who enjoys variety, has a creative flair, and can help support the day-to-day operations of the business while promoting our premium boat brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and office support across the business
- Manage invoicing, accounts administration, and related documentation
- Assist with boat listings, website updates, and marketing activities
- Manage social media content, email campaigns, and promotional material
- Support the sales and delivery process, including registrations, insurance, and customer paperwork
- Assist with boat photography, showroom presentation, and event coordination
- Help organise and attend boat shows, demo days, and customer events
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support to customers and suppliers
About You
- Previous administration experience
- Experience in marketing, advertising, or social media management
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Photography, graphic design, or boating industry experience is highly regarded but not essential
