About the Role -
We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. Working closely with our Product Managers, you’ll play a key role in supporting product launches, coordinating campaigns and ensuring our product messaging is accurate, engaging and consistent across all channels.
This is a hands-on, collaborative role suited to someone who enjoys juggling multiple priorities, thrives on attention to detail and wants to build their career in product marketing within a well-established national brand.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be the link between Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer-facing teams, ensuring product communications and campaigns are delivered smoothly and on time.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Product Managers with product launches, updates and lifecycle marketing activities
- Coordinating the development and maintenance of brochures, datasheets, presentations and internal enablement tools
- Assisting with product-focused content across websites, email campaigns and sales materials
- Coordinating product-related campaigns, timelines, approvals and deliverables
- Supporting Sales and Customer-facing teams with up-to-date collateral and launch materials
- Assisting with reporting, marketing calendars, documentation and general marketing administration
- Supporting event and tradeshow execution
- Assisting with a range of broader marketing activities as required, providing exposure to different marketing functions and helping to build a well rounded marketing skill set
About You
You’re organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. You’re comfortable working cross-functionally and enjoy bringing structure and coordination to busy teams.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
- 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing or coordination role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail, particularly when working with product information
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with marketing tools or CMS platforms is advantageous)
- A collaborative, team-focused mindset
- Exposure to product marketing or supporting product launches will be highly regarded.
