The Role:
As the Key Account Manager – Shell Card, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of enterprise and fleet customers across the Shell Card business. You’ll build strong customer relationships, deliver commercial outcomes and identify growth opportunities across fuel, convenience and associated services.
Working closely with the Enterprise & Fleet Sales Manager and cross-functional teams, you’ll drive portfolio performance through strategic account management, contract negotiation and proactive customer engagement, ensuring long-term value creation and customer retention.

You Will Provide:

Manage a portfolio of enterprise and fleet customers, driving engagement, retention and growth.
Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to customer needs and business objectives.
Identify and deliver new business opportunities across existing accounts and through new customer acquisition.
Support tenders, pricing strategies and contract negotiations to secure and retain customers.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders.
Drive growth across Shell Card, Convenience, Quick Service Restaurants and emerging business opportunities.
Monitor customer performance, usage trends and commercial outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, Operations and other internal teams to deliver customer solutions.
Resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of service delivery and satisfaction.
Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management and reporting to support business planning.
Contribute to portfolio sales, volume and margin targets.
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to inform account strategy.

About You:

Demonstrated experience in account management, sales or a commercial role.
Experience managing enterprise or fleet customer accounts.
Strong commercial acumen, including experience with pricing and contract negotiation.
Experience working with tenders and large customer agreements.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
Manage and grow a national portfolio of enterprise and fleet customers
Drive commercial growth across Shell Card, fuel and convenience
Build strategic customer relationships and deliver long-term value
