Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our award-winning team.

Applicants must have previous experience working within the automotive industry. Applications from candidates without automotive industry experience will not be considered.
Essential Requirements
· Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Workshop Administrator, Parts Interpreter or similar automotive industry role
· Strong understanding of vehicle servicing and repair processes
· Experience preparing estimates, quotations and repair recommendations
· Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers
· Strong organisational and time management skills
· Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
· High attention to detail and accuracy
· Current driver's licence
· Availability to work Monday to Thursday, 7:30am – 5:30pm
Highly Desirable
· Previous experience working with European vehicles
· Experience in European specialist workshops or dealerships
· Knowledge of Land Rover, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, Mini or Renault vehicles
· Experience using Mechanic's Desk
· Understanding of workshop scheduling, job allocation and technician productivity
· Knowledge of automotive parts sourcing and supplier networks
About the Role
As our Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and workshop team.
Responsibilities include:
· Greeting and assisting customers
· Proven ability to identify customer needs, ask effective diagnostic questions, and obtain accurate information to support efficient workshop operations and first-time repair success.
· Booking vehicle services and repairs
· Preparing quotations and estimates
· Explaining repair recommendations and maintenance requirements
· Managing customer communications throughout the repair process
· Coordinating workshop bookings and scheduling
· Processing invoices and payments
· Liaising with technicians and parts suppliers
· Maintaining accurate job records within our workshop management systems
