Yallingup Forest Resort is seeking a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our friendly team. Nestled amongst beautiful native forest, our resort offers guests a peaceful and memorable getaway experience, and our housekeeping team plays a vital role in ensuring every stay exceeds expectations.
About the Role
As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and comfort of our chalets and guest facilities. You will take pride in delivering high standards and helping create a welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and preparing guest accommodation to a high standard
- Making beds and replenishing linen and amenities
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and general housekeeping duties
- Reporting maintenance issues or damaged items
- Ensuring all areas are presented in a clean, safe, and welcoming condition
- Working efficiently within allocated timeframes
About You
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks
- Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and school holiday periods as required
