Maggie’s Window Co is a small Yallingup and Dunsborough-based crew servicing homes and businesses across the South West.
We take pride in doing things properly: good tools, good technique, high standards and treating every home with care. Our equipment are modern, but the service is old-fashioned... turn up when you say you will, be good to deal with and leave the job looking properly schmick.
We’re looking for our first experienced window cleaner to join us and help shape how Maggie’s operates in the field.
Because you’ll be joining us near the beginning, there’s genuine room to grow with the business. We’d like this person to progress into Crew Leader and eventually Field Operations, helping train new technicians and keep the standard high as Maggie’s grows.
The role
You’ll initially work alongside the founders while we build our customer base and establish our systems.
The role will begin with approximately 2–3 days per week, with hours increasing significantly as we head into the busy spring and summer season.
For the right person, our aim is to build this into a long-term core role with Maggie’s.
Your work will include:
- Residential and commercial window cleaning
- Interior and exterior glass
- Flyscreens and window tracks
- Pool glass and other specialty glass
- Water-fed pole and traditional squeegee work
- Working safely around ladders and elevated windows
- Helping us refine the tools, techniques and processes used by future Maggie’s crews
Who we’re looking for
Ideally, you already have professional window cleaning experience and can work efficiently while producing a genuinely excellent finish.
Just as importantly, you’re someone who:
- Takes pride in doing things properly
- Is reliable and turns up when you say you will
- Works efficiently without cutting corners
- Is comfortable and respectful working inside people’s homes
- Is friendly and easy to have around customers
- Takes care with furniture, floors, gardens and property
- Has good common sense and attention to detail
- Enjoys physical, practical work
- Works well as part of a small team
- Is interested in taking on more responsibility as the company grows
Experience with water-fed poles, traditional window cleaning, ladders, exterior cleaning or similar property-maintenance work is highly regarded.
A current driver's licence is required, as well as the right to work in Australia.
