Join Eastern Honda, Chery Doncaster & JMG Used Cars Doncaster, part of the award-winning, family-owned Jowett Motor Group, as our next Part-Time Receptionist.

We’re looking for someone who brings great energy, strong organisational skills, and a natural ability to connect with people. As the face of our dealership, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, creating a welcoming, professional, and memorable experience from the moment they walk in.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in presentation, and can confidently support both customers and internal teams. Your presence will help shape the atmosphere of the showroom and keep things running smoothly day to day.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 pm – 5:30 pm

About the role

As our Part-Time Receptionist, you’ll be the first person customers see or speak to when they visit or call the dealership. You’ll help create a friendly, welcoming front-of-house experience while also assisting the team with general admin tasks. This role would suit someone who is organised, approachable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

Greet customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
Manage general customer enquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception and waiting area.
Provide administrative support to the service, sales, and parts teams as required.
Process basic paperwork and data entry.
Assist with appointment scheduling and customer follow-ups.
Support day-to-day dealership operations as needed

About you

You’ll bring:

A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Confidence using computers and basic administrative systems.
Reliability and a strong work ethic.
Previous reception or customer service experience (preferred but not essential).

Jowett Motor Group was born from the experience and forethought of Tony Jowett in 1995 with brands Audi, Volkswagen and Subaru, before opening Eastern Honda Doncaster in 2000 which remains today.
