About the Role
We are seeking caring, reliable, and passionate individuals to join our growing team as PPP Angels.
This is a unique role that combines elements of family support work, childcare, mentoring, household assistance, and community care. Every family is different, meaning no two shifts are the same.
As a PPP Angel, you will deliver individualised family support services designed to enhance the wellbeing and functioning of households during pregnancy, postpartum, and throughout the parenting journey. Support may be provided to families with newborns, infants, toddlers, and school-aged children, with responsibilities tailored to each family’s specific needs, goals, and circumstances.
As PPP Network continues to grow, Angels may have opportunities to support families within our future PPP Parent Pods. These purpose-designed spaces will be fitted out and operated by PPP within corporate workplaces, providing employees with access to practical family support, child-focused activities, and parenting assistance throughout the workday. This innovative model will allow Angels to work across both in-home and corporate environments while continuing to make a meaningful impact on families.
