Job Description

At Ibis Styles Sydney Central, we are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team on a part-time basis. This is the perfect opportunity for a night owl, who is guest obsessed, has an eye for detail and a passion for providing exceptional service.

In this role you will:

Assist the Night Manager in balancing daily transactions and preparing overnight reports.
Ensure guest accounts are accurate and provide helpful, clear information.
Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the night.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
Follow the Night Audit checklist to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

Guest obsessed focus with the ability to flex in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
Ability to navigate through change and provide quick thinking solutions should problems arise
Clear and confident communication skills – both written and verbal
Proficiency in Excel and OPERA Cloud
Flexibility to work overnight shifts on a rotating schedule
Valid Australian working rights
A valid NSW RSA
