Hands-on Club Manager leading team performance, driving growth and retention, and delivering a premium member experience.

Lead team performance and enforce accountability
Drive membership growth, sales, and retention
Deliver premium standards and member experience

$65,000-$85,000 per year + super + bonuses

You will take full ownership of the club:

Lead and manage all staff performance
Drive me
mbership growth, retention, and sales
Maintain elite standards across the entire facility
Oversee daily operations, systems, and reporting
Build a strong, loyal member community
Enforce accountability across the team

WHO YOU ARE

Experienced Gym Manager (essential)
Strong leader with presence and authority
Commercially driven - you understand numbers and KPIs
Highly organised and process-driven
Confident handling difficult situations and making decisions
Passionate about delivering a premium member experience
